Full Service Interior Design
Interior Design Consultation
This is a 2 hour design consultation in the comfort of your own home to discuss your project and possible challenges you are experiencing in your home. This consultation is ideal for homeowners who would like advice and recommendations on small renovations, bathroom + kitchen design, and general decorating advice.
We will give on the spot guidance on how to create a cohesive design and can assist with room layouts, furniture, decor, flooring and paint recommendations. We will also provide you a follow up Design Consultation Report after our consultation which will include a summary of our meeting notes, and if required, a personalized colour palette along with further direction on how to move forward.
Once you have received your Design Consultation Report, you can implement these changes on your own with your preferred contractors and suppliers or if you need assistance with this stage, we can discuss a further design or management plan to move forward on an hourly rate based on your project requirements. We will then follow up with a proposal which includes recommended services and pricing to help you create the vision you’re after.
$350 flat fee for consultation + report
New Construction
Consultation during the house design stage and development of overall design style.
Planning spaces, with floor plans and elevation drawings including detailed millwork design.
Complete interior finish selections including all materials, plumbing fixtures & lighting.
Coordination with supplier, trades and contractor throughout the build.
On site visits to ensure work is progressing according to design.
Exterior scheme development, furniture and window treatment are available upon request.

Renovation
Design consultation and development for all or a part of your home.
Plan & redesign spaces with floor plans and elevation drawings.
