Designed by DB Interiors + Design, Victoria Interior Designer, this thoughtfully designed modern craftsman home on Vancouver Island blends timeless character with fresh, contemporary detailing. Rooted in classic forms and elevated through refined finishes, the result is a warm, inviting home that feels both familiar and distinctly modern.

The living room is anchored by a striking fireplace clad in rich, dimensional tile, creating a focal point that adds texture and depth. Paired with soft neutral walls, warm wood tones, and layered textiles, the space reflects a balanced approach to transitional interior design, where comfort meets clean, modern styling.

In the kitchen, custom cabinetry design and a two-tone palette bring both function and visual interest. Crisp white perimeter cabinets are complemented by a muted, earthy island, while granite countertops, tailored lighting, and integrated storage solutions support everyday living.
